We recommend that new clients begin with Five Introductory Private Sessions. These sessions develop an individualized program and are paramount in establishing the foundation of Pilates training. We have found that beginning in this way enchances body awareness and comprehension of the physical exercises.
All sessions at The Movement Studio are prepaid. Private sessions can be bought in packages of 5, 10, or 20 sessions. The larger the package the better the price. Semi-private, Small Group and Group Mat and Apparatus packages are sold with 10 sessions only. |
